Estate Manager at Leventis

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the organization's residential, commercial, industrial, and other real estate properties.
• Maintain an accurate register of all properties, including ownership documents, lease agreements, occupancy status, property valuations, and maintenance records.
• Monitor the condition, utilization, and performance of properties to ensure optimal use of available assets.
• Conduct periodic property inspections to identify maintenance requirements, structural defects, security concerns, and other operational issues.
• Ensure that properties are properly maintained, secured, and managed in line with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate management, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Land Economics, or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification in Estate Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Membership of a relevant professional body, such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), is an advantage where applicable to the role.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, real estate operations, or facilities management.
• Demonstrable experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
