Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of premium commercial properties, delivering exceptional tenant experience and asset performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships, leasing and renewals
- Oversee facility management and service providers
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and asset performance reports.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree; membership of NIESV or RICS is a plus
- 6+ years in commercial property or facilities management
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
