We are a newly established commercial farm currently building a structured and high-performance farming operation. We are hiring experienced farm workers with a background in crop farming to support daily farm activities.

This role requires hardworking, disciplined, and reliable individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced farm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planting, transplanting, and general crop management  
• Weeding, irrigation, and farm maintenance  
• Application of fertilizers and assisting with spraying  
• Harvesting and proper handling of produce  
• Following instructions strictly and maintaining farm discipline  

Requirements

• Prior experience in crop farming is required  
• Physically strong and able to handle farm work  
• Willing to work hard and maintain consistency daily  
• Must be disciplined, honest, and responsible  
• No tolerance for laziness, negligence, or theft
