KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Preparation, follow up, monitoring, invoicing review and reporting of the relevant projects, including evaluation of reports and overall/annual work plans.
• Responsible for developing and preparing project documents such as proposals, EOIs, etc.
• In charge of preparing project and cargo survey reports on a regular basis.
• Responsible for preparing and sending project related correspondence to their designated recipients.
• Liable for documenting all risks and developments pertaining to the project in a  project register.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Liaise and manage relationships with the FBO support officers at the airports.
• Handle correspondence on the FBO operations.
• Ensure proper handling of documents relating to the FBO operations.
• Provide assistance to the airports when necessary.
• Be up-to-date with the regulations and policies in the Aviation Industry.

Provide accurate information and answer general inquiries about the FBO operation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• A first degree in any discipline.
• Experience in the airport environment or aviation industry will be an added advantage.
• Officer needs knowledge of operations at the airport.
• Officer needs to possess understanding of the needs of the roles of NCAA and other aviation agencies/parastatals.
