Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes to ensure all baked goods meet the brand’s quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Oversee the planning and execution of bakery-related projects such as launching new product lines, opening new outlets, or running seasonal promotions. This includes setting timelines, defining goals, and coordinating with teams like production, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure efficient use of resources such as ingredients, equipment, and staff, works closely with kitchen staff and suppliers to maintain smooth operations while keeping costs and quality in check.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in project management, preferably within the food, bakery, or hospitality industry is required.
