The ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in large-scale catering, hospitality, or airline catering services. The successful candidate will oversee in-flight catering operations while aggressively expanding third-party business opportunities across airlines, corporate organizations, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to position the catering unit as a profit center
Secure catering contracts with airlines, corporate clients, and event organizations
Drive revenue generation through business development and strategic partnerships
Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
Manage budgets, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure world-class service delivery and customer satisfaction
Lead and develop a high-performing catering and sales team
Requirements
Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or airline catering operations
Strong background in business development and revenue generation
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale catering projects
Knowledge of food safety regulations and international best practices
