    Programme Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The Programme Coordinator will support the design, coordination, and delivery of startup support initiatives, CSR, and social impact programmes within the Special Projects & Portfolio function. The role is suited for a smart, polished, and proactive professional who can coordinate multiple initiatives across the startup ecosystem, talent development, and corporate social responsibility landscape. The ideal candidate must be able to engage confidently with internal staff members, start-up founders, sponsors, external partners, service providers, and senior executives, while ensuring programmes are well-structured, professionally delivered, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role sits above entry level and requires a candidate with sound judgment, strong communication ability, and the capacity to manage both programme execution and stakeholder-facing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

    Job Details

    Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Oversight

    • Support the development and coordination of innovative programmes that advance the organization’s startup, talent, and social impact objectives 
    • Coordinate startup-focused initiatives, including programme communication, performance tracking, and reporting 
    • Support oversight of programme portfolios to ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic priorities 
    • Support the preparation of management updates, presentations, briefing notes, and performance reports for senior leadership 

    CSR & Talent Programmes

    • Coordinate the planning and execution of CSR, talent development, empowerment, and social impact programmes 
    • Support the implementation of structured learning and development programmes for beneficiaries, founders, participants, or ecosystem stakeholders 
    • Assist in developing programme content, session plans, communication materials, and participant engagement approaches 
    • Ensure programmes are well-coordinated from planning through delivery and post-programme follow-up 
    • Support monitoring, documentation, and reporting of programme impact and lessons learned 

    Corporate Events, Marketing & Sponsorships

    • Coordinate programme events such as masterclasses, workshops, pitch sessions, stakeholder engagements, conferences, and related forums 
    • Support engagement with sponsors, strategic partners, facilitators, speakers, and service providers 
    • Assist in preparing sponsorship communication, programme collateral, talking points, decks, concept notes, and other external-facing materials 
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve programme visibility, participation, and brand alignment 
    • Ensure event and programme execution reflects professionalism and strong stakeholder experience 

    Programme Operations & Delivery

    • Manage programme schedules, logistics, invitations, confirmations, attendance records, and follow-up activities 
    • Coordinate communication with programme participants, founders, facilitators, partners, and vendors 
    • Facilitate meetings and support training sessions where required 
    • Maintain proper programme documentation, trackers, calendars, and records 
    • Support data gathering, feedback analysis, and preparation of programme evaluation reports 
    • Ensure timely escalation of issues affecting programme execution 

    Requirements

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Sociology, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. 
    • The candidate must have graduated, be IT-savvy, and demonstrate strong digital proficiency.

    Experience Requirement

    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in programme coordination, training administration, startup ecosystem support, CSR programme delivery, social impact initiatives, learning and development, or related roles 
    • Experience working in a corporate environment, foundation, social impact organization, startup support platform, or structured programme office will be an advantage 
    • Prior exposure to coordinating external-facing programmes, events, or stakeholder engagements is highly desirable

    • Ability to engage professionally with external partners, sponsors, founders, vendors, and senior executives 
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
    • Good working knowledge of AI tools for research, productivity, content development, reporting, and programme coordination 
    • Strong internet research capability 
    • Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, briefs, programme updates, and communication materials 
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
