    Job description

    We are looking for a hands on person with experience in electrical equipment repairs and maintenance. That is background in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, fridges and laundry.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Professional Techniques / Production

    • Make sure that fire security installations are in good working order                                                                       
    • Run regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems 
    • Prepare and track the action plans instigated by the Safety Commission and audit authorities 
    • Implement and follow up the preventive maintenance programme
    • Organise the work for maintenance technician(s)
    • Advise the hotel General Manager when specialist intervention is required
    • Contribute actively to guests' comfort

    Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment

    • Check application of water hygiene procedures
    • Organise and follow up safety and fire hazard training for all hotel personnel
    • Optimise energy consumption
    • Keep the hotel's safety register up-to-date
    • Ensure respect of the Accor environment charter

    Management

    • Follow up investment and maintenance budgets (contracts, purchasing etc)
    • Handle relations with sub-contractors

    Product Development Executive

    Job description

    This position will assist with the product development process of a foremost ISP and will be responsible for overseeing coordination of idea, concept and products finalization.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Assist with managing the product development process from the concept phase
    • to the post-launch analysis phase.
    • Involvement in new product concept brainstorming meetings
    •  Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
    • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Technical. IT, Marketing and sales) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
    • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
    • Works with Quality Compliance department regarding compliance issues.

    Experience, Competencies, and Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in Information Technology is a must.
    • A minimum of 3 years of progressive New Product Development experience in ICT is required.
    • Proven record of success in coordinating product development projects is a plus. A
    • clear understanding of the ICT products is desirable
