    Smoothie Sales Representative

    Locations: Lokogoma & Wuse 2 - Abuja (FCT)

    Purpose Statement

    • We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Smoothie Sales Representative to become a key part of our team.
    • In this role, you’ll represent our brand by guiding customers toward tasty, health-conscious smoothie choices that align with their wellness goals.
    • You’ll also be responsible for boosting sales, recommending nutritional add-ons, and maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere.

    Main Duties and Functions

    • Warmly welcome customers and guide them in choosing products that support their health and fitness goals.
    • Recommend and upsell nutritional supplements and add-ons in a friendly, helpful manner.
    • Create and serve personalized smoothies by following established company recipes.
    • Perform prep work including washing, cutting, and measuring fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids.
    • Package orders accurately and manage pick-up or delivery orders as needed.
    • Carry out opening and closing procedures and complete daily operational checklists.
    • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and complaints.
    • Identify and generate sales leads, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer engagements.
