Job Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing prospects, evaluating loan applications, and serving as a liaison between customers and the organization. The ideal candidate will help qualified applicants access loans promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate viable prospects for loan products
• Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Communicate with clients to request and provide necessary information
• Prepare and complete loan documentation in line with company policies
• Counsel clients on loan terms, policies, and restrictions
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Build and maintain referral networks to drive business growth
• Cross-sell products and services to achieve assigned targets
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc degree (Must have completed the NYSC or Exclusion letter)
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer or Sales Executive is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of lending products and credit processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a strong customer satisfaction orientation
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
