    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    Blueprint Shelter is looking for ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell the company's real estate products. The successful candidate will generate leads, build strong client relationships, conduct property presentations and site inspections, close sales, and consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities-

    • Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
    • Promote and sell the company's residential, commercial, and investment properties.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct property presentations and consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable investment options.
    • Schedule and coordinate physical and virtual site inspections.
    • Follow up on leads and negotiations to convert prospects into buyers.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and company products.
    • Represent Blueprint Shelter professionally at marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
    • Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business and client referrals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
