    Admin Officer

    Great Grace Complex, No. 41 Nta Road, Ozuoba, Port Harcourt.

    Sabaplus Consultancy Services is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Officer to support daily operations and ensure smooth office management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage office records, correspondence, and documentation
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communication
    • Support management with administrative planning and reporting
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient workflow..
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
    • Previous administrative experience is an added advantage
