Are you reliable, energetic, and motivated by daily sales targets? 

OvenFresh Bakery is seeking a Sales Driver to support the distribution and sales of our bakery products across assigned routes. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate who is hands-on, disciplined, and eager to grow within a structured business environment. 

About the Role 

As a Sales Driver, you will be responsible for early-morning delivery and active sales of our bread, cakes, snacks, and pastries using a company-assigned vehicle. The role involves working on fixed routes, meeting daily and weekly sales targets, handling cash responsibly, and building strong relationships with customers across various channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Delivery & Distribution 

• Carry out daily early-morning deliveries using a company vehicle 
• Supply bakery products to assigned customers on fixed routes 
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of bread, cakes, snacks, and pastries 

Sales Execution 

Actively sell bakery products to: 

• Retail shops 
• Supermarkets 
• Schools 
• Offices 
• Hotels 
• Street vendors 
• Direct consumers
  Work towards achieving daily and weekly sales targets 

Cash Handling & Accountability 

• Collect payments from customers accurately 
• Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and timely cash transfers 
• Maintain honesty and transparency in all financial dealings 

Customer Relationship Management 

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers on assigned routes 
• Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary 

Vehicle & Product Care 

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition 
• Ensure products are handled hygienically and safely during transit 

Qualifications & Skills 

• Entry-level role; prior sales or delivery experience is an added advantage 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive confidently 
• Basic reading and writing ability 
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, especially with cash handling 
• Physically fit and able to handle early starts and active workdays 
• Target-driven with a positive sales mindset 
• Must reside within Ajah and nearby environs
