We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing function, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive sales growth across our real estate and construction businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and strengthen the company's brand identity and market positioning
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Drive lead generation initiatives and track campaign performance using analytics
• Create engaging content and oversee graphic design for marketing materials
• Manage social media platforms and online brand presence
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Experience in the real estate and/or construction industry is an added advantage
• Strong digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and analytics skills
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
