    Revenue Assurance Officers

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Leakage Detection & Prevention: Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in revenue streams, including failed billings, missing data, and inconsistencies between systems.
    • Data Analysis & Auditing: Conducting audits of billing systems, rate plans, and data flows to ensure accuracy from sales to invoice.
    • Process Improvement: Developing and implementing internal controls and policies to strengthen revenue assurance and prevent future losses.
    • Reconciliation: Reconciling retail store sales with cash/bank records, as well as conducting general ledger reconciliations.
    • Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on revenue performance, leakage, and trends for management.
    • System Integrity: Validating the accuracy of product setups, pricing, commissions, and customer billing templates.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for analyzing large datasets.
    • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SQL queries, data warehousing, and financial systems.
    • Experience: Previous experience in finance, audit, or revenue assurance, often preferred within telecommunications, utilities, or banking industries.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to detect minor irregularities in complex data sets.

    Operations Manager (Hotel)

    Responsibilities

    • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints, review feedback, and maintain high-quality service standards to improve, say, Marriott careers.

    Inventory / Cost Controller

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Tracking & Control: Monitor stock levels daily, conduct physical cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
    • Stock Planning & Forecasting: Analyze sales data to forecast future inventory requirements and ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Purchasing & Supplier Management: Manage purchase orders and foster relationships with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
    • Warehouse Supervision: Oversee daily warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
    • Process Improvement: Implement inventory systems, such as FIFO or LIFO, and improve turnover rates to reduce waste.

    Common Performance Metrics (KPIs)

    • Inventory turnover ratio
    • Stock accuracy rate
    • Fill rate (order fulfillment efficiency)
    • Reduction of deadstock or wastage.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
    • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and Microsoft Excel.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong math skills and attention to detail for forecasting and auditing.
    • Leadership: Experience leading teams, scheduling, and training staff.
