    Sales Marketer

    Sales Generation & Lead Development:

    • Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients in the market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
    • Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.

    Customer Engagement & Account Management:

    • Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored trading solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide post-sale support, addressing any issues or inquiries clients may have.

    Sales Strategy & Reporting:
    Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
    • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and CRM records to ensure effective follow-up and reporting.

    Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor and assess competitor activity, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to provide valuable insights to clients and inform sales strategies.

    Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on company goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
    • Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and sales tactics.

    Product Knowledge & Training:

    • Develop deep knowledge of the company’s products/services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.
    • Attend product training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Reporting & Administrative Duties:

    • Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales meetings, and transactions.
