    Retail Manager

     Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our pieces, accessories, and the upcoming clothing line
    • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals
    • Manage wholesale, retail, and Business to Business( B2B) sales relationships, including boutiques, distributors, and key accounts
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand brand presence
    • Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to align sales strategies with product launches and brand positioning
    • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing regular performance analysis to senior management
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform pricing and product strategies
    • Ensure brand standards and luxury service excellence are maintained across all sales channels
    • Support the launch of new collections, including sales planning and training.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND in any relevant field with 2 - 10 years of relevant work experience
