About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Loan Recovery/Collection Lead to oversee and drive repayment efforts across our credit portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensuring repayment compliance while fostering positive beneficiary relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in loan recovery, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of leading successful collection teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all field and administrative loan recovery activities for SCALE beneficiaries.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to reduce default rates.
• Supervise and guide recovery agents, monitor their performance, and ensure alignment with recovery goals.
• Engage directly with high-risk accounts to negotiate and close repayment plans.
• Monitor daily recovery performance, track key metrics, and submit reports to management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and VAS teams to resolve disputes, update repayment statuses, and reconcile balances.
• Ensure all recovery activities adhere to regulatory, ethical, and internal compliance standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of recovery processes for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Portfolio loan recovery rate (%)
• Default-to-repayment conversion rate
• Performance of recovery agents under supervision
• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Adherence to escalation and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan collection, debt recovery, and credit control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful field recovery teams or programs.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.

• The Videographer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that strengthens Renda’s brand storytelling, enhances marketing efforts, and drives audience engagement. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process; from concept development and filming to editing, post-production, and optimization for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Filming

• Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location and in-studio productions.
• Direct and manage subjects during filming to capture compelling visuals and storytelling.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software.
• Enhance videos with color correction, sound design, transitions, and effects to maintain brand aesthetics.
• Ensure final cuts align with marketing objectives and brand messaging.

Content Creation for Marketing Campaigns

• Develop video content for social media, digital ads, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional, educational, and storytelling videos that align with Renda’s brand.
• Adapt content to various formats, including short-form, long-form, reels, and explainer videos.

Storyboarding & Pre-Production Planning

• Plan shots, locations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling and equipment setup.

Social Media Video Optimization

• Optimize video content for platform-specific engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Implement captions, subtitles, and thumbnails to maximize audience retention and accessibility.
• Stay updated on video trends and best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to enhance video content.
• Design engaging intros, outros, lower thirds, and infographics for marketing videos.
• Utilize animation tools to create visually appealing content when needed.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
• Proficiency with video editing software
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Strong understanding of social media video trends and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving project needs.
