Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Ongoing or completed HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR record keeping, and leave/performance tracking.
• Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.
