Call Centre Executives at Roundsquare Integrated Services Limited

Our client, an established travel agency, is seeking polite, responsive and client-focused Call Centre Executives to support its customer service and enquiry management operations.

The successful candidates will handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, live chat enquiries, CRM updates, client follow-up, complaint escalation and shift handover.

This is a shift-based role. The successful candidates must be willing to work extended-coverage shifts based on the company’s approved roster.

Key Requirements

• First degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in call centre operations, customer service, client relations, travel agency operations, hospitality, aviation, sales support or a related service environment.
• Experience handling calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, live chat, CRM systems or customer service platforms will be an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills for client interaction, enquiry handling, CRM updates, escalation and reporting.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend or extended coverage shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, confidentiality, follow-up discipline and client service attitude.

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly gross
