Customer Service Representative at Good Car Company Ltd

Good Car Company Ltd is a used car dealership with branches across Nigeria. We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Ilorin branch, Kwara State. 
FREE STAFF ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints across WhatsApp, phone calls and social media platforms
• Prepare and print vehicle sales agreements
• Upload vehicle inventory updates to the company website and social media pages
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
• Provide general administrative support to the branch
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a professional relationship with existing customers

Requirements

• ND, HND or BSc in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, sales support or a similar role
• Computer literate: must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, email and social media platforms
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary of [#70,000 to #100,000]
