People Operations Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Delta
- City Warri
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience supporting multi-location teams and handling both core and contract staff.
- Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
- HMO
- Performance bonuses, etc
