Recruiter / Human Resources (Backline Outsourcing) at Tezera

Backline Outsourcing is building its recruitment function from scratch, and you will be the founding hire. Your mandate: place Doctors, Nurses, and Radiographers across global markets at volume - 16 to 30 verified hires per month. If you thrive on ownership, love building pipelines, and treat candidate experience as a professional standard, this role was built for you.

YOUR MISSION

• Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, etc. globally using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen and assess clinical candidates against specific client role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate end-to-end client-facing interview logistics.
• Maintain complete, accurate candidate records in the ATS for every active candidate.
• Build reusable sourcing pipelines for each healthcare discipline across global markets.
• Track and report placement activity against monthly targets of 16-30 hires.

To build and own Backline's healthcare recruitment engine from day one - sourcing, screening, and placing clinical professionals globally at volume while creating the pipeline infrastructure that sustains consistent growth.

• This role is not a fit if you cannot demonstrate consistent solo high-volume placement results.
• This role is not a fit if you wait for manager direction to set daily priorities or resolve blockers.
