    Legal and HR Officer

    • This role is a unique blend of legal and human resources responsibilities, requiring a professional who can navigate both fields with confidence and precision.
    • As a Legal & HR officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting in employee relations/operations, and providing legal administration & advisory.
    • Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and your strong organizational skills will be key to your success in this position.
    • In this role, you will assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
    • You will also support the HR department in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and addressing employee concerns.
    • This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will often act as a liaison between the HR and legal departments, as well as between the organization and external legal counsel. You will Prepare reports and documentation for legal and HR purposes.
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in legal studies, human resources, and administration.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law
    • Certifications or additional qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience post NBA
    • Should be staying in or around Victoria Island

    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Customer service: Greet customers and visitors, answer questions, and resolve complaints
    • Administrative tasks: Schedule appointments, organize files, and maintain office supplies
    • Communication: Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages
    • Mail and packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Security: Ensure that security procedures are followed and that visitors are allowed access
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments to provide support as needed
    • Cleaning: Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and organized

    Skills and qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in computer programs
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Minimum educational qualification of OND or equivalent
    • Minimum work experience of 2 years as front desk or related role

    • Disciplined friendly and calm demeanor
    • Should be staying in or around Victoria Island.
