Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa/Wellness Therapist to provide a range of therapeutic and beauty treatments to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a relaxing and professional experience while promoting wellness services and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the service
• Promote and upsell spa services and products to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment history
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session
• Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / relevant certification in Beauty Therapy or Wellness
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar role
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong customer service orientation
