We are seeking an ambitious Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive customer acquisition, enterprise sales, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, securing enterprise logistics contracts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving recurring revenue growth.
The ideal candidate must possess strong enterprise sales experience and an established network within sectors that require logistics and delivery solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Drive customer acquisition across key market segments.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support revenue growth.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Convert prospects into long-term business accounts.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that expand Borda’s market presence.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across target sectors.
- Develop partnership frameworks and commercial agreements.
- Manage and grow strategic partner relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Partnerships, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Proven experience selling logistics, courier, SaaS, technology, mobility, fleet, or business solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Existing network within corporate and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
