    Communications Strategist / Content Developer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Writing letters and creating compelling proposals, and other forms of external communications
    • Establish good correspondence with international organisation/embassies for partnership
    • Create content for website, social media and other company's media platforms
    • Analyze consumer insights on all communication channels of the company and her subsidiaries.
    • Crafting plans for our creative team and developing guidelines to promote the company across our various communication channels.
    • Writing compelling brand/advert stories for CIIBEX GROUP and all company’s brand.
    • Creating competitive reviews and situational analysis of Ad’s for CIIBEX GROUP and all companies within CIIBEX GROUP on the various communication channels.
    • Design social media/communication strategies to achieve marketing targets.
    • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content.
    • Administer all company communication accounts ensuring up-to-date content.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Communicate with industry professionals via social media and other communication channels to create a strong network..
    • Ensure all content put out for public consumption is vetted and void of liable and slander.
    • Ensure every content created is void of copyright infringement.
    • Boost CIIBEX GROUP’s image alongside other companies within the Group, through well packaged creative contents, banners, billboards etc.
    • Create and design content that passes the right and intended message of CIIBEX GROUP and all the companies within CIIBEX GROUP to pass across to her public.
    • Work with the different heads of Department and Brands within CIIBEX GROUP to come up with different creative communication ideas that can contribute to the department(s) /brand(s) communicative (internally and externally) strategy/plans..
    • Ensure profiles are well packaged and have the right content and passes the right message to the client or public.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (essential).
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in communications strategy and content development (essential).
    • Excellent communication (oral &written) and presentation skills
    • Experience in web design and graphic design
    • Experience in copywriting and editing
    • Content writing experience for all media platforms.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
    • Proven social media and networking expertise.
    • Strategic and creative mindset.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • A portfolio of work available for review.

    Civil Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • you are to manage and execute projects from start to finish
    • You are to prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
    • You are to make calculations about pressures, loads and stresses.
    • Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately
    • You are to prepare reports and make presentations as required
    • You are to organize and manage permit documents (drawings) where necessary.
    • Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
    • Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives set out, level and survey the site
    • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
    • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
    • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
    • Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
    • Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
    • Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders
    • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
    • Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
    • Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes
    • Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
    • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
    • Working according to project time schedule and meeting up with projects deadline
    • Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.

    Qualification requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering (Essential).
    • 10 years of site work experience in structural engineering (Essential)
    • COREN Certified (Essential)
    • Expert in the use of engineering software like: Auto Card(2D/3D), MS Projects, Primavera, STAAD Pro, FORTRAN etc. (Essential)
    • Availability for travel related work. (Essential).

    Manager, Oil & Gas

    Job Description

    • Develop clientele and customer retainership strategies and tactics for the company
    • Carry out feedbacks analysis with a view to curate/generate businesses primarily in oil and gas
    • Lead business presentations, exhibitions and confrences relevant to business development in consonance with the organisational goals and objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities/areas in the oil and gas sector
    • Meet and surpass business targets given by the company
    • Carry out bench mark and SWOT anaysis on the company's businesses
    • Give reports on activities.
    • Ensure Strategy execution through decisions on operational goals, implementation of best practice, and alignment of functional activities to operational frameworks of policies and procedures.
    • Source, allocate, manage and control resources across different teams and disciplines through resource plans executed in line with operational specifications and overall organisational plans.
    • Contribute actively to the group strategy synergy programs and the group business planning process.
    • Manage and optimize the profitability of the Business Brand
    • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency through optimal processes.
    • Lead the business planning process and ensure timely implementation of the annual business plan through operational systems and procedures.
    • Give strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the management team to drive commercial growth.
    • Ensure the financial viability and cost structure is regularly analyzed and appropriate measures are taken to monitor and reduce costs in relation to the operations.
    • Seek for new market opportunities within the business scope of theBusiness brand.
    • Recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, policies and procedures, and direct the implementation of change and innovation initiated by the organizational Group of Companies
    • Integrate readily available information related to demand, activity, quality indices, staffing and resource utilisation produced from across various functional areas, compare and analyse, and produce detailed reports identifying trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies.
    • Have sound Judgement on the theory and analysis of information, workflow procedures and methods to create best practice.
    • Oversee the deployment of resources that have been issued to your business unit.
    • Identify and initiate strategic technical partnerships especially in the oil and gas sector
    • To conceptualize prospective Business and commercial leads and maintain corporate relationships for the benefit of the business brand.
    • To engage with prospective and existing commercial leads while maintaining corporate relationships to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
    • Monitor and ensure implementation of all processes and policy of the organization.
    • To give tactical leadership

    Requirements

    • Should have a First Degree in the Engineering filed (essential)
    • Must be COREN certified(essential)
    • A degree or certification in Business Administration would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years in a managerial role in the oil and Gas sector(essential)
    • Must have a good oil & gas background/grip and has contacts within the system (essential)
    • Proven experience as a business development manager in the oil and gas field (essential)
    • Must have good knowledge on how to use business analytics software for reporting and other relevant software to the job role.
