    Field Marketing Coordinators

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and executing localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
    • Support and manage local events (e.g„ grand openings, in-store activations), including logistics and execution.
    • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts and drive traffic and sales.
    • Create and distribute marketing materials across restaurant locations.
    • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance for insights.
    • Help manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
    • Work cross-functionally to align strategies with marketing, restaurant, and sales teams.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 1—3years of experience in QSR, FMCG, or event coordination roles.
    • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, manage multiple tasks, and support creative initiatives.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing tools experience is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

    What We're Looking For

    • 3—5 years of experience managing social/digital content
    • Deep knowledge of current social platforms and trends
    • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills
    • Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar
    • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
    • Bonus: Passion for food, pop culture, or QSR brands
