    Marketing Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Marketing & Campaign Management

    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (product launches, promos).
    • Adapt global campaigns for the Nigerian market.

    Digital & Media Marketing

    • Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, display) focused on ROI.
    • Drive foot traffic, app downloads, and online orders.
    • Manage social media and digital brand presence.

    CRM & Retention

    • Execute email, SMS, and push campaigns for loyalty and retention.
    • Use customer data to personalize engagement.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track KPIs (sales, CAC, conversion, retention, engagement).
    • Provide monthly reports with insights and improvements.
    • Test and optimize for performance.

    Requirements

    • 5—7 years in brand/digital marketing (QSR, FMCG, or retail preferred).
    • Skilled in integrated campaigns across media channels.
    • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, and analytics.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
