    CCTV / Access Control Project Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced CCTV/Access Control Project Manager (who will also function as an ELV Manager) to lead the full lifecycle of our security system projects. With 10+ years of experience under your belt, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier solutions, primarily focusing on CCTV, biometric access control, and other essential ELV systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all phases of security system projects, from initiation to closure.
    • Design and implement systems that meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.
    • Manage a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
    • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.
    • Oversee system integration, testing, and client handover.
    • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest security technologies and recommend improvements.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Security Systems.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Hikvision certification) are a strong advantage.
    • 10+ years of proven experience in CCTV, biometric access control, and ELV systems project management.
    • Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control panels, biometrics, ANPR, visitor management systems, alarms, and turnstiles.
    • Experience with software integration and customization is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP network design for surveillance systems.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Experience managing vendors and suppliers.

    Electrical Engineer

    Requirements
    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • B.sc degree / HND in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of proven experience as an electrical engineer.
    • Experience in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Plc Automation, Pumps, Vfd, Drives, Power.
    • Hands-on Exploration in paving stone machines is a plus.
    • Experience in managing production processes and minimizing downtime.
    • Proactive in ordering and maintaining an inventory of essential parts.

    Mechanical Engineer Intern

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our Rolling Mill department.
    • The successful candidate will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems used in the rolling mill process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in Mechanical Design and Development: Assist mechanical engineers in designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems, including rolling mills, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
    • Conduct Site Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with rolling mill equipment and systems.
    • Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment and systems, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair protocols.

    • The Shift Incharge will be responsible for the regular operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment. 
    • The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform regular operations, preventive, and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in compressors and pumps.
    • Monitor pressure, flow rate, and efficiency to ensure optimal operation.
    • Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
    • Prepare reports on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
    • Have a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
    • Utilize computer skills to track and manage maintenance tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
