Responsibilties

• Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool and gym equipment.
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored to guests' needs.
• Enforce facility rules and safety protocols in the pool and gym.
• Assist guests with exercise techniques and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of pool water quality and gym equipment usage.
• Conduct swimming lessons or fitness classes as required.
• Report incidents or maintenance needs to management.
• Promote wellness programs to boost guest engagement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Recreation Manager, Operations Manager or relevant Authorities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 5 years work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Control access to buildings and facilities; verify identification and log all visitors and vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or emergencies.
• Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain records of all incidents, observations, and actions taken during duty hours.
• Assist in crowd control during company events or emergencies.
• Work closely with administrative and facility teams to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Support emergency response procedures including first aid, evacuation, or fire drills as needed.
