General Manager at International Masters Security Systems (IMSS) Limited

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A. or HND) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 8–10 years’ proven management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Must have experience in managing daily business operations and supervising multiple departments.
• Must have strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other business management software.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Must be able to develop and implement business strategies that promote organizational growth and profitability.
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills.
• Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting organizational goals and deadlines.
• Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Must be customer-focused and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
