Internal Control Officer (Accounts and Stores) at Beveledge Interior Designs

The Internal Control Officer (Accounts & Stores) is responsible for strengthening controls around inventory, procurement, cash transactions, and financial records.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with figures and stock records, and able to identify discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in internal audit, internal control, inventory control, accounting, or a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, construction, retail, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, procurement, accounting controls, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
