Job Summary

• They require the services of experienced production manager who is grounded in the production of all categories of spirits and wines.
• The Production Manager will contribute to and collaborate with the MD to deliver high quality beverages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Take charge of the production department to achieve the company's operative goals.
• Develop the new products and adjust the formulas for the existing products according to the demands of market.
• Draw up a production schedule according to the sales demand & inventory level.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Set up the standards of operation, production process programs & quality standards and ensure the implement.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.
• Monitor productivity rates and ensure the production will be cost effective.
• Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for management use.
• Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Enforce health and safety precautions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or Degree in related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience garneredfrom a spirits and winesproductioncompany.

N150,000 - N250,000 / month.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing plans to monitor inventory utilization and re-order levels
• Managing warehouse facilities
• Reviewing efficiency of warehouse storage
• Oversee warehouse operations
• Understanding of FIFO and LIFO concepts.

Qualifications
