    Project Supervisor

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Internal Processes (Follow Steps in the Departmental SOP)

    • Present mood boards, working drawings and design plans to Lead Designer for approval in adherence to set company standards.
    • Liaise with lead designer to ensure resolution of possible design problems reported back from clients
    • Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of stipulated designs on each project.
    • Daily coordination and inspection of all active sites, reports on projects, and material tracking log.
    • Supervise, manage, and negotiate materials/product/service costs of artisans on project sites.
    • Procure materials needed for projects within the company’s budget.
    • Ensure standard site procedure/process/quality control is set and adhered to.
    • Implement and enforce site processes, work and execution plans for each project in line with the Design Fairy Studio standard operating procedures.
    • Collaborate with artisans and team to identify and resolve any issues that may occur on site.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    • Pay attention to every detail on site in order to ensure that workers complete their deliverables for the day.
    • Follow up with the team and artisans and ensure adherence to daily on-site resumption time.
    • Prepare project reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarising relevant information.
    • Communicate an hourly progress report (videos and pictures) on DFS Communication channel; Whatsapp.
    • Appropriately communicate project plans and ensure their execution.
    • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
    • Manage customer satisfaction within the project timeline.
    • Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify success and areas of improvement before project handover
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO/Lead Designer.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • 90% team tasks’ completion daily
    • Ensure quality of materials supplied to sites are in 100% adherence to DFS’ Standard
    • 100% delivery on project quality to client’s satisfaction
    • Achieve minimum of 80% team and artisan’s compliance to site rules
