    Operations Associate

    Job Description:

    The Operations Associate - Virtual Learning is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our virtual learning platform. This role involves a range of tasks related to administration, technical support, and coordination to deliver a seamless learning experience for our students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Platform Management: Maintain and update the virtual learning platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
    • Course Coordination: Assist in scheduling virtual classes, managing course materials, and coordinating with instructors.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students and instructors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth online interactions.
    • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on course content, assessments, and learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with instructors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve learning outcomes.
    • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key performance metrics, such as course enrollment, student engagement, and platform usage


    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in virtual learning platforms or online education environments is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and learning management systems.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences.
