    Sales Representative - Homes

    Job Summary
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and approach potential customers to sell furniture, doors, and home accessories.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers to maximize profitability.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Provide excellent customer service. conduct regular visits to customers to ensure proper product availability and visibility.
    • Educate customers on product features and benefits. and timely resolving complaints.
    • Ensure high customer retention through consistent follow-ups and engagement.

    Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback on product performance and customer demands.
    • Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to improve sales.

    Reporting & Sales Tracking:

    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Butcher to prepare, cut, trim, and package meat products for sale while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of different cuts of meat, excellent knife skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to customer requests and company standards.
    • Operate and maintain butcher equipment (saws, grinders, knives, etc.) safely.
    • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness.
    • Assist customers with meat selection, provide recommendations, and answer questions.
    • Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
    • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
    • May assist in processing specialty meats (sausages, cured meats, etc.) if applicable.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter
    • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
    • Ability to use butcher tools and equipment with precision.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
    • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
