    Sales Manager - Tiles

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - TILES to lead the sales team to new heights.
    • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Good communication skill
    • Knowledge of Nigeria building market products
    • Product knowledge & competitor information
    • Sales reporting & forecasting
    • Negotiation & persuasion skill
    • Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively
    • Planning reporting & coordination with sales team
    • Good knowledge of dealers from the industry
    • Attend trade shows & visit project sites
    • Complete sale targets.

    Qualification / Skills

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, Master's is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry
    • Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
    • 5-10 years of sales experience
    • Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.

    Salary
    N500,000 Monthly.

    Senior Procurement Manager

    Locations: Ajaokuta, Kogi
    Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing Setup / Ceramic

    Key Responsibilities

    • Having Fair knowledge of the various inventory items used in the manufacturing process.
    • Exposure to OEM, and suppliers of relevant goods.
    • Have played tecno commercial role, with the analytical ability to work on re-order levels.
    • To engage with cross functions and ensure agreed lead time and cycle time is maintained.
    • Capability to look at alternatives and innovate to drive cost-efficiency solutions.
    • Engage with suppliers to ensure commitment dates are met.
    • Engage with internal customers to move PR to PO to receipt.
    • Ensure technical specs and quality parameters are met.
    • To ensure supplier relationship is maintained.
    • To ensure supplier audits are done to maintain standards.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / procurement environment
    • Strong computer skills
    • Analytical mindset with a techno-commercial approach
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a proven track record of effective negotiation and cost-saving initiatives/strategic sourcing.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
    • Experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

    Salary
    N1,000,000 net per month and above.

    Senior Account Officer

    Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record to fill the role of Account Manager. The ideal candidate should be ICAN certified with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for driving financial performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with auditors to resolve audit queries with respect to all functions
    • Good exposure to collection and payment process and accounting
    • Should have good analytical skill sets to analyse expenses and prepare report
    • Have good understanding of local laws with respect to finance, and ensure compliance
    • To continuously work towards productivity and digitization to ensure process is streamlined
    • To engage with group office or other functions, as required to fullfill the responsbilities
    • To ensure compliance of SOP's

    Requirements

    • ICAN membership is mandatory.
    • Having good knowledge of ERP accounting systems - Orion will be preferable
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Salary
    N500,000 - N600,000 / Month.

    Business Development Manager - Tiles

    Role Overview

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across printer hardware, managed print services, and enterprise IT solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute growth and business development strategies
    • Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, and public sector opportunities
    • Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
    • Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives
    • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
    • Maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
    • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage

    Key Requirements:

    • 4- 7 years’ experience in business development or commercial leadership roles
