    Front Desk Personnel / Receptionist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and proactive receptionist who will welcome visitors and clients, answer and direct phone calls, and perform other clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure the  reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
    • Update calendars and schedule meetings
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

    Qualifications

    • BSc / HND in any field
    • 1-2 years experience working as a front desk/ receptionist in a corporate firm
    • Must be proficient in using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) and Google Docs etc
    • Proficiency in the use of Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting tools is required
    • Must have completed 1 year of mandatory youth service.
    • Must have good organizational skills
    • Must have good communication, writing and reading skills
    • Must be detail-oriented.
    • Proximity to Transamadi and Peter Odili is required to cut down transportation.

    Mobile App Developer (React Native)

    Summary

    • We are looking for a mobile app developer who will create, test, and maintain mobile applications for various platforms, such as iOS and Android using react-native.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
    • Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
    • Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
    • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
    • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
    • Design interfaces to improve user experience
    • Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
    • Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
    • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
    • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • Prior experience working as a mobile application developer, or in a similar job role
    • Experience in working with APIs
    • Comprehensive knowledge of mobile application development
    • Ability to work as a team player across various verticals of the business
    • A portfolio of all the previous mobile applications created and released
    • A problem-solving approach to working as a mobile app developer
    • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task
    • Knowledge of React, JavaScript, MongoDBS and other similar programming languages.
