Job Description

• Assist to promote treasury products and provide treasury advisory services to corporate customers.
• Work on business units' referrals and structure tailor-made products /solutions to suit both customers' hedging and investment needs.
• Management of money and financial risks in a business.
• Ensure the business has the money it needs to manage its day-to-day business obligations.
• Help to develop the long-term financial strategy and policies.
• Provides a means for an organization to effectively manage its liquidity.
• Minimize risk exposure and maximize the efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a minimum of First Degree in any relevant discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CFA, ACI, CTP and/or a second degree are added advantages.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.

Job Description

• Ensure that target set in terms of deposit liabilities, risk assets and Profit after Tax PAT/PBT are met.
• Prospect and market bank’s products to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate & convince customers to buy the bank’s product/services.
• Prompt processing of credit facilities.
• Assist in the preparation of annual sales plans and strategies to enable the team to achieve targeted growth objectives.
• Ensure effective relationship management with new and existing customers to improve deposit liability growth and mix.

Qualification.

• Minimum first degree from a reputable Financial Institution
• A post graduate degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience the banking sector
• Strong relationship management skills
• Very good Interpersonal relationship skill
