Responsibilities

• Marketing of POS to qualified businesses
• Maintain a relationship with the businesses onboarded
• Train agents on banking products, POS usage, compliance, and customer service
• Monitor agent performance and transaction activities
• Ensure agents meet daily, weekly, and monthly transaction targets
• Resolve operational issues such as failed transactions
• Conduct field visits to agent locations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud policies
• Support marketing and growth campaigns for agency banking services
• Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports
