    Customer Service Officer / Teller

    Responsibilities:

    • Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and cheque cashing
    • Maintain and balance cash drawer and reconcile at the beginning and end of each day
    • Identify and escalate suspicious or non-standard activities
    • Adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer account information
    • Promote positive customer relationships and service experience
    • Provide information on bank products and services and refer customers when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
    • Ability to follow banking procedures and compliance standards
    • Prior experience in banking or microfinance is an advantage
