    Senior Sales Executive (Corrugated Cartons & Packaging)

    • The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets through proactive business development and effective account management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Accountabilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for corrugated products.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients.
    • Conduct market intelligence activities to track competitors and pricing trends.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
    • Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

    Area Sales Manager (Manufacturing Company)

    • The company is seeking to hire a results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and distribution effectiveness within an assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and a field sales team to ensure achievement of volume, value, and coverage targets across FMCG products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute area sales plans in alignment with the company's sales objectives.
    • Manage and supervise Sales Representatives to drive productivity and target achievement.
    • Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors within the assigned territory.
    • Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution across all channels.
    • Track sales performance, market coverage, and route-to-market effectiveness.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution models and trade execution.
    • Proven ability to manage distributors and field sales teams.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
