    Business Development Manager

    Job summary

    • The Business Development Executive's responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
    • Plan approaches and pitches i.e. Work with teams to develop proposals that meets client needs, concerns and objectives
    • Work with BD department to ensure that fundamentals are fulfilled within a timely manner
    • Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
    • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
    • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Develop, review and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
    • Communicate new product development to prospective clients
    • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
    • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet targets
    • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
    • Support the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and shareholder returns
    • Develop and lead the business development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
    • Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the marketing department
    • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

    Academic Qualification

    • A good First Degree in Business Development or Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

    Professional Qualification:

    • Professional certification - Chattered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
    • Professional membership - The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM)

    Experience:

    • 4-6 years of sales or marketing experience

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments.

    Gaming Engineer (EdTech)

    Reports To: Lead Product Engineer / CTO

    Job Summary

    •  We’re looking for a Gaming Engineer who understands that educational gaming is not just about entertainment it’s about building interactive systems that improve learning outcomes, participation, creativity, and student engagement.
    • This role focuses on designing and developing educational games, simulations, AR/VR experiences, and gamified learning systems for our eLearning platform.
    • You’ll help transform traditional lessons into immersive learning experiences through gameplay, storytelling, animation, and interactive mechanics.

    You’ll work on projects such as

    • Educational mini-games
    • Gamified assessments and quizzes
    • Interactive STEM simulations
    • AR/VR learning experiences
    • Multiplayer classroom activities
    • Character animation systems
    • Learning reward and progression systems
    • Interactive storytelling experiences

    Job Responsibilities
    Build Educational Games & Simulations:

    • Develop engaging 2D and 3D educational games that align with learning objectives and improve student participation.

    Create Gamified Learning Experiences:

    • Design mechanics such as rewards, badges, XP systems, progress tracking, challenges, and interactive assessments.

    Develop AR/VR Learning Environments:

    • Build immersive AR/VR educational experiences that allow students to interact with concepts visually and practically.

    Design Interactive Learning Systems:

    • Create simulations and scenario-based learning experiences for STEM, coding, robotics, and digital literacy programs.

    Work on Character Design & Animation:

    • Develop and integrate gaming characters, environments, assets, and animations for educational storytelling and gameplay.

    Optimize Performance Across Devices:

    • Ensure gaming experiences run smoothly across laptops, tablets, low-end devices, and browsers with stable performance.

    Collaborate Across Teams:

    • Work closely with instructional designers, frontend engineers, facilitators, and curriculum teams to transform learning concepts into interactive experiences.

    Prototype New Gaming Ideas:

    • Experiment with innovative learning mechanics, multiplayer systems, and immersive educational technologies.

    Core Requirements

    • Strong understanding of game development principles and interactive system design
    • Experience building 2D and 3D games or simulations
    • Familiarity with game logic, animations, UI systems, and gameplay mechanics
    • Experience with AR/VR learning environments and immersive technologies
    • Understanding of performance optimization and responsive game experiences
    • Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development environments
    • Ability to transform educational objectives into engaging gameplay experiences

    Nice to Have (EdTech Experience):

    • Experience building educational or gamified learning products
    • Familiarity with STEM education and learning systems
    • Experience with multiplayer or real-time learning interactions
    • Understanding of child-friendly and accessible UX design
    • Experience integrating gaming into LMS or eLearning systems
    • Knowledge of animation pipelines and storytelling systems
    • Candidates with interactive demos, AR/VR projects, or educational game portfolios will have an added advantage.

    Required Tools & Technologies:
    Candidates should have experience with some or most of the following:

    • Unity (2D & 3D)
    • Unreal Engine
    • GDevelop
    • CoSpaces Edu
    • PictoBlox AR/VR
    • Blender for character design, animation, modelling, and game assets.
