    Hostess

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
    • Escort guests to their tables and provide basic information about the restaurant
    • Coordinate with waitstaff and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow
    • Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints professionally
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND qualification
    • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well-groomed, presentable, and confident
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong sense of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards
    • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
    • Support general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
    • Monitor food stock and inform supervisors of shortages
    • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
    • Minimize food waste and ensure proper portion control

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or relevant culinary training
    • 2+ years experience as a Grill Chef or similar role
    • Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
    • Strong attention to detail and consistency
    • Good teamwork and communication skills
