Housekeeper / Cleaner at Elevate Motion Studio

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to manage cleaning and housekeeping duties across hotels, short-lets, Airbnb, and Booking.com properties. This role is hands-on and requires someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works independently, and understands professional standards.

We are specifically looking for candidates who live in or close to Lugbe to ensure reliability and ease of transportation.

If you cut corners or need to be chased to do your job properly, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of rooms, apartments, and common areas
• Making beds and preparing rooms to hotel-standard presentation
• Laundry duties, including picking up and dropping off laundry

Restocking toiletries and supplies

• Reporting damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
• Ensuring all properties meet high hygiene and quality standards
• Following cleaning checklists and instructions precisely

Loading electricity units when required

• Assisting with routine property management and operational tasks
• Running occasional property-related errands as assigned
• Supporting other housekeeping and property-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must live in or around Lugbe
• Proven cleaning or housekeeping experience in hotels, short-let properties, guest houses, or similar environments
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently
• Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to assist with property-related tasks beyond cleaning when required
• Flexible and willing to assist with errands such as laundry pickup, electricity unit purchases, and other operational duties
• Available to start immediately
