Cashier at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments (cash, POS, transfers)
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing at all times
• Maintain proper records of daily transactions
• Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
• Resolve billing issues or escalate when necessary
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Work closely with waitstaff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• 2–3years experience as a cashier (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills.
