    Customer Care Representative

    Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere in Nigeria)
    Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

    Candy TV is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Care Representatives. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

    As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely support across multiple communication channels while ensuring every interaction reflects the Candy TV brand.

    What You'll Do

    • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Handle customer complaints, questions, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
    • Resolve account-related issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's support systems.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.
    • Educate customers about Candy TV's products, services, and promotions.
    • Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
    • Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
    • Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or a related role.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
    • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
    • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
    • Quiet and professional home workspace.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required.
