Responsibilities:

• Ensure that standards and procedures used across all sites are the same and that they adhere to the necessary requirements.
• Mentor and train subordinates.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Diesel Mechanic Trade Test.
• French communication skills advantageous.
• 10 years’ experience in the maintenance of earthmoving equipment and workshop management.
• Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa.
• Experience mentoring and training subordinates of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Contractual information:

• Single status rotational position.

Responsibilities:

• Management of parts and logistics for earthmoving equipment on site.
• Assisting with budget preparation and control.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and legal standards are adhered to.
• Mentor and train subordinates.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Diesel Mechanic Trade Test.
• French communication skills advantageous.
• 10 years’ experience in the management of earthmoving equipment on mine sites.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa.
• Experience mentoring and training subordinates of diverse cultural backgrounds.
