Manage Technical Training and all programmes co-ordination

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Coordination of all program.
• Relate with all department for the smooth running of training Program.
• Ensure that course manual, presentation, multimedia aid is ready prior to training and also ensure that all training multimedia aid is returned back to the appropriate location.
• Liaising with the right department to be abreast of current training schedule, confirm approved programs and details.
• Source and maintain relationships with facilitators for professional and other programmes
• Curriculum review and development for all programmes
• Liaise and manage relationships with certification bodies
• Develop new programmes in line with industry requirement
• Source for facilitators for the certification and professional programmes
• Managing business relationships
• Develop new business opportunities
• Developing and managing business partnerships and strategic alliance
• Confer or consult with Department head to plan advertising services and to secure information on clients needs and customer specification
• Liaise with potential Customer regarding training and other engineering consulting needs and solutions
• Constantly review the company’s fee and cost structure to ensure that margins are optimal while remaining competitive
• Liaise with Government and regulatory agencies overseeing
• Prepare and submit weekly plans and reports of achievements
• Any other duty as may be assigned

Requirement

• Minimum of B.SC/HND in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• Must have some technical trainee manager experience
• Experience in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering with managerial skills
• Minimum of 10 years experience is required
• Must know how to identify skill gaps
• Must be able to source for vendors

Job Role:       
Operation experience in the Plant Utilities. 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Good knowledge in Pumps Operations.         
• Experience in operations of Screw Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors etc.    
• Operational knowledge of DM plant, RO plant, Softener plant, ETP plant.   
• Operational knowledge of all types of Mechanical Valves of the plant.        
• Operational knowledge of PSA type Nitrogen plants.
• Operational knowledge of Cooling Towers, Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessel

Qualification: 
Minimum of OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant course

Total Experience     10-12 Years

Job Role:
Maintenance experience in CP Plant, SSP Plant and it's Balance of Plant.                              

Key Responsibilities:     

• Individually can do Pumps Alignments.
• Individually can do overhauling of Centrifugal Pumps under maintenance acitivities.      
• Well versed with mechanical spares for correct and effective maintenance.       
• Having experience in overhauling of Globe Valves, Butterfly valve, Gate valves, Ball valves, Safety valve, Pressure regulating valves, Sluice gate valves etc.           
• Can execute maintenance of Screw Compressors including setting of end clearance of screw and Casing.              
• Can execute maintenance and overhauling of Rotary Valves, Roots Blowers and Compound Gearboxes.
• Knowledge of bearing fitment, Lubrication of Pumps and Gearboxes etc.           
• Have experience in dismantling of Plate Type and Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Coolers.          
• Have experience in maintenance of DM plant, Softener plant, Cooling Towers and ETP units.                                    

Qualification:   
Minimum of OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant course

Candidate is expected to have 10-12 Years of experience
